COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the T B Woods AFC2002.0B2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vickers product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the NACFW110045T20N1Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CACFW090032T5060ESZ manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EEAPAM581F32 by Manufacturer Vickers as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand XFC40010A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130H9U410K equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV58HD33N4 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular A201K3BA original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130G24080 by Toshiba and VT130H9U410K spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV31HU15N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
